Admission is on the basis of 15% All India Quota and 85% State quota. Cutoff is higher for All india Quota than State quota. You have less chances for admission under All India Quota.
Cutoff vary from state to state for state quota seats. Kindly specify your state and category or if you are aspiring to take admission in any particular college so I can help accordingly.
Also, As your marks are less for admission to Government colleges, you can also try for admission to private colleges.
