If I selected a seat in round 1 and attend the round 2.If I have improved better college then can I have refund from first selected seat?

Hey Gowkanpalli,
So as per my experience in UPSEE which is similar to Comedk if you got a better college in 2nd round then your amount paid for the seat Allotment in the 1st counselling is shifted to The 2nd College. With easy. And the amount is deducted from your overall fees.
