if I take information technology in 11 by skipping language then can I attempt for compilation exams

See for any board, its mandatory to have language paper. So you can't substitute the language paper with any other subject. Now if your board offers elective subject then you can take Information technology as a subject. But you should keep Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics in your 10+2 in order to be eligible for engineering courses.
