if I want to be a dermatologist from AFMC pune of 3 year course then did I also have to do mbbs too ??
Hi aspirant,
Yes ! MBBS is compulsory !You can do PG in MD/ MS in any subject only after the completion of 5.5 years of MBBS.
- In case of dermatologist, you need to first complete MBBS that is undergraduate course like any other speciality like cardiologist , neurologist etc.
- You can get the desired seat in private colleges as well but you need to pay around 5 lacs per annum. Or you can write NEET PG exam and score high marks to get a government seat. You will earn in these 3 years of PG
Hope that helps.
