If I were to prepare for iit by myself then which books should I read
During my JEE preparations I had referred dozens of books apart from class notes,I don’t expect you all to go through all these books(Please make sure that whatever you read understand it and it’s applications to your best)
Note : Before reading any of these books that I’m mentioning please make sure that you have read NCERT books twice or thrice
For all Aspirants: Study hard do good and the good life will follow you
For Chemistry
As I have mentioned earlier please go through NCERTs again and again as it will make your concepts strong and these are the most basic books for JEE
I had gone through many different books for differents topics as there are authors who are very good in a particular topic only so I would recommend you to do the same
For s,p,d and f-block elements O.P Tandon is the best as it contains theory from a very basic level to a level beyond JEE,it also contains most of ncert problems
Refer HC Verma
For Chemistry
Refer OP Tandon and Arihant Chemistry
