You need to include the subject in best of four in which the admission is being sought otherwise a disadvantage of 2.5% will be applicable to the calculates Best of Four percentage. Similarly for opting bsc physics Hons you have to necessarily include physics as one of your subject for calculating best four else you'll face a disadvantage of 2.5%.
