You can withdraw the seat after paying seat acceptance fee from round 2 of counselling upto round 5 of counselling. If you choose your online willingness as withdraw then the seat allotted to you will forfeited and you cannot claim the seat. You cannot participate in further rounds of JoSAA counselling if you withdraw the seat. The amount will be refunded to the bank account as per the details given by you after deduction of Rs. 2000 (processing fee).
