Note:

1. Two regular degree course simultaneously - NOT VALID
2. One course in Distance mode and another course Regular mode - VALID
3. Two courses in distance mode in different session simultaneously - VALID

CHOOSING MA DEGREE COURSE UNDER DISTANCE MODE AND B.ED UNDER REGULAR MODE. THAT IS THE BEST SOLUTION FOR YOU.

BECAUSE B.Ed course will open more opportunities in education sector and MA degree in Distance mode will be a value adding to your profile and MA under distance mode is 100% Valid all over.

Yes your both th degrees will be valid ,you are not doing both through regular mode because IGNOU is an open university which provide you opportunity to pursue the course in distance mode ,so pursuing one course from regular mode and another from distance has now approved by UGC

Yes, both your MA and B. Ed are valid even though you are pursuing both of them at the same time.

This is because,

You are pursuing MA in distance mode from IGNOU which is an open university and B. Ed from DU in regular mode and thus both are valid as UGC has given its approval that one can go for pursuing two courses at the same time, the only condition is that one cannot pursue both these courses in regular mode i.e for both the courses to be legal, one  course can be in regular mode and other course must be in distance mode from Open University.
