It means that your chances of getting that college is high and you will most probably get that college with your rank in your entrance exam , so sit back and relax now and enjoy your time before joining the college life.

Good chances does not confirm your admission in the college so you should always search for some other college/course as a backup so that their wont be a last minute problem if unfortunately the cutoff of your college shoots up.
