Hello Debarpita,
The result for the last semester of your B. Tech comes a little late generally but the admission process of other colleges get started so there is an option to fill an undertaking in which you promise to submit the degree to the colleges when the result is out even after the admission. But you have to show them your degree within the time limit they provide.
