You had scored quite good marks in the written test of nda as its high from the cutoff marks that is 338, and you had scored 600 out of 900 which is great. So it is clear that you had passed your written test.

But now, if we talk about the interview round then it is also of 900 marks and here you had  scored only 250 marks which is very low. You didn't even get the cut off marks in this interview round as the cutoff for this round is around 704 marks. And, so hope you understand that basically your interview round is not qualified.

And if you see, the overall paper including both written and interview rounds consists of 1800 marks and to get selected you have to get atleast cutoff marks from both the levels i.e;about 1350 to 1400 marks.

But, don't lose hope and try next time with more practice of interview round.
