Students pursuing courses in government colleges and private colleges affiliated to state government fall under this category.
Students enrolled in Private Universities, Deemed to be universities, Distance learning, Management quota are not eligible for it.

The annual family income should be less than or equal to 2.50 lakh and no member of your family should be paying the income tax. The total land holding of the family should be less than 10 acres of wet or 25 acres of dry land or 25 acres of dry and wet land. In case of residential and commercial property, the family of the student should not own property of more than 1500 sft.
