Once you are allotted a seat, you cannot attend Mop up round Counselling. Mop up round is for those Candidates:

• Who have registered in Round 1 or Round 2 but haven't been able to secure a seat
• Who haven't registered for Round 1 or Round 2

Mop Up round is not for those:

• Who have been allotted a seat in Round 1 or Round 2

So if you are allotted a seat in Round 2 and you have taken admission in that College, you cannot participate in Mop Up round.
