Eligibility criteria for jee mains according to the Registration Information 2019:-

1. Candidate who have passes +2 in 2017 or 2018

2. Candidates who appeared +2 exam in 2019.

age limit:- born on or after October 1,1994

Note:- Number attempts for General is 3

so you are eligible to give jee mains exam.
