Yes, if you have a rank under 70 you can get the colleges or universities like Anna University, MIT, SSN. Most of the colleges have 120-150 seats per branch so if you have a rank under 70 it is certain that you will secure your seat in a university.

ACTUALLY my score is 50.467 in ME(Ece)expecting that i will be under 400. Then the no. Of people under 400 will not be from ECE branch alone and in anna univ there are 200seats in ECE. So any chance for me to get seat in anna univ. Please reply here.
