yes,the eligibility criteria for appearing in neet is that the candidate should scored 50% aggregate marks in PCB from a recognized board like cbse,if he belong to general category and 40% aggregate marks if he belong to sc/st/obc category.you can take admission in maharashtra medical colleges under 15% all india quota seats if you don't have a domicile of maharashtra.i hope this information helps you.

If you have minimum 50%aggregate marks in PCB in 12th and also have Domicile of Maharashtra only then you are eligible
For NRI candidates they are eligible for Institute quota seatsonly.
