if someone passed class 12th in 2018 , and give improvement in 2019, than he is not eligible for jee mains 2021 but can he give jee mains for colleges like vit/ ict mumbai / coep/ vjti etc

Hi,

JEE Mains is one common examination held for ally he engineering colleges. JEE Mains is conducted separate for every Institute. If you are not eligible for JEE Mains, then their are many other state and university level entrance examination conducted for admission into engineering colleges.
