if two students one with OBC-CL and other with OBC-NCL category gets same marks in jee ,then who will get preferred rank?

If 2 students got same percentile ( because from this year rank will be given on basis of percentile) than the percentile score of each subject is considered .
But if both students have same percentile is all the individual subject also ; than his DOB is considered ; who is younger will get better rank.
