one gets 75% in plus 2 and a low JEE main score and the other gets 70% plus 2 marks and good JEE main score. who will get the preference

Hello visu samy, since 12th marks carry a major portion and among selection criteria for jee advance so 12th marks is quite important. Please mention the difference in scores first so that i can help you more accurately. Since if there is a vast difference between both of their marks then obviously higher marks will get more prefernce .
