if we got seat in 1 collage, in second phase counceling there we don't get seat means the 1st phase alloted collage seat will cancelled/not

If you are allotted the seat in first phase counseling then you can not apply for next round counseling.

If you are allotted the seat in the first round then you are not eligible for next round the last date to join the allotted college to the student was 31st October, 2018.
