If you don't like the college which you got in 1st counselling then you can change it in 2nd counselling!

But make sure that you haven't given your tenth and intermediate certificates to the respective college.

But even after counselling, you can change the college, but the other college must also be under the same affiliated university. It only happens if your college agrees.
