Ignou admission for MCA is going on or not. Ignou website mentioned that extended dates for admission are not for the MCA students.

Yes, you are right IGNOU admission has been extended till 30th September for Bachelor, Master, Diploma Programmes. However, BCA, MCA and MTTM do not include in this list.
You may try for January 2020 admission cycle.
