Established in the year 1969, Institute of Hotel Management, Bangalore is recognised for offering quality education in hospitality management. Initially, this institute was set up as a food crafting institute, which offered different short term courses to its students. In the year 1983, this institute got its present name, and it started to offer a 3-year-long degree in hospitality management. Candidates, who have cleared or are appearing for their pre-university/10+2 or equivalent, qualify to apply to this institute.
