No, iict doesn't have any management quota for being to able to get into the college.
There are three ways to the apply for the college

• ACPC whose intake is 180 seats
• All India rank of jee intake of 150 seats
• NRI quota intake varies between 30 to 50 seats based on seat fill up.

Though it doesn't have a management quota you can try and apply for NRI quota but it requires parent proof of residence.
