IIIT - This college provides best teaching facilities for ECE branch. Teachers are really good and helpful. Their teaching methods are also interesting and proper lab sessions are also conducted for students for better understanding and practice.

Placement scenario is also impressive. Students get placed in top companies like deloitte, reliance jio, Microsoft etc. Placement cell is really helpful amd they provide proper training to students . Also, they provide job opportunities in government sectors as well. Internships are Also provided to students for training and experience.

VIT : for EEE, almost all the students get placed from this branch. Here also, top companies visit for placements. Core companies like Texas, Amazon, Microsoft offer highest salary packages.

If you are hard working then you can easily get into these companies.

Teachers and teaching methods are effective and interesting. Course curriculum is also well designed.

If you want to choose between these ta then I would suggest you to go for VIT, Vellore. Otherwise, it's up to you both are very good colleges.

I would suggest you to go with vit vellore since it is quite established whereas IIIT raipur is new and yet to make a mark in ECE branch(though it is developing at good rate).
