The Indian Institute of Science,Bangalore offers four years long The Bachelor of Science(Research) programme organized into eight semesters. The final two semesters are devoted entirely to research project. Six major disciplines offered are Biology,Chemistry,Earth and Environmental Science,Materials,Mathematics and Physics. The admission is on the basis of one's performance in JEE Mains,JEE Advanced and KVPY.

Indian Institute of Science does not offer Bachelor of Technology(B.Tech) or Engineering courses

However,in one of the semesters you will learn about Engineering as your minor.

IISc is an institute with research embedded deep into its roots. A professional (read commercial) degree like B.Tech or B.E premier. doesn't fit into its structure premier research institute.
However, there is BS degree which is 4 years long and provides a good foundation for a future research career.
