I'm 17.6 yrs old. & Can I learn English? beginning to master(adv) I know little words, like greeting , thanks & some casual words.

Of course you can learn english, there is no age criteria when it comes to learning anything, if you are already well acquainted with the grammar part which is the foundation of any language, then there are various ways to improve you language such as reading newspapers on a daily basis, this will also build your vocabulary, you can read novels or various educational sites, you can watch movies or shoes in english, the subtititles will help you a lot in this, practice communicating in english with others, even try to think in english, there are various apps as well which you can use such as duolingo or even e-learning platforms such as coursera, edx to name a few help in this regard.

There is no correct age to learn anything, as you have already written the question in English language then that simply indicates that you know basic English, and if you want to learn more in English language or want to learn any advance course in same subject, then definitely go for it.
