Hello student you're not eligible for CDS But yes you're eligible for UPSC entrance examination. And there's nothing to worry if you're married lots of IAS rank holders in past are married and few are also having child.

Upsc eligibility :-candidate's must be between 21 to 32 years, and candidates must have a under graduate degree of minimum 3years in any discipline.
There are 3 levels in upsc firstly candidate need to appear in prelims examination after clearing that Candidates are eligible to appear in mains examination and after that Candidates need to appear in personal interview.
