I'm a bsc student...I. clear neet 2020 from Odisha..I have college leaving cum conduct certificate from last attend college...they didn't give any migration certificate...is it necessary for odisha mbbs counciling?????

You don't need to worry about migration, Migration is not required at the time of document submissions.. Their is no need of migration, you can apply without migration..
Here is the list of documents required in neet counselling
Candidates have to submit the original documents along with the two set of photocopy of the documents at the time of reporting or joining the allotted college.
NEET Rank Card
Allotment Letter
10th Mark Sheet
12th Mark Sheet
Copy of Photo Id
Caste Certificate
Domicile Certificate
PH Certificate
4 Passport Size Photographs
Printout of Registration Form
