According to the eligibility criteria of SSC CGL, candidate need to have a bachelor's degree from a recognized board to apply for exam. Also the candidates who are in their final year of their UG program are also eligible but their results must be announced on before the cut off date. Since, you will be graduating in April 2021, so you are eligible for SSC CGL 2021.
