Hi Chandan!

Yes, you can reappear in the pending subject of your B.Com programme based on the maximum chances rule of the University you enrolled in. You just have to visit the examination department of your college and also the H.O.D of your course which is B.Com. Then you need to fill the application form of pending subject which is known as examination form. You have to stay in contact with your college for that. Just be confident and fill the form when it releases.

It is based on the university you enrolled in and there are different rules for different universities.

Hi Chandan!Good news for you! Check this rule of PU on its official website:-http://puchd.ac.in/includes/documents/vol2/page261to443.pdfPage No. 328Provided that a candidate for B.Com Part II examination who fails to qualify the compartment subject in two consecutive chances but stands passed in B.Com Part III examination shall be given two additional chances immediately next to the second chance availed by him. In case he fails to qualify in the compartment subject even in these additional chances he shall be declared fail and his result for B.Com. Part III examination shall be cancelled forthwith.
