I'm an obc candidate who got 232 marks and 72 percentile in neet ug 2019. Can i get admission in any govt college across india?

To get into a government medical college, is not possible with this score even with OBC candidate certificate.
You can try for BDS colleges under All India Quota but for that too, chnces are not well enough.
If you really want to peruse your career only in medical college with MBBS/BDS degree, then my advise is to take a drop of a year and score good next year to get into descent government college
