Hello Gautam,
Under All India Counselling the reservations that are applicable are OBC,SC,ST, PWD. But within State Counselling, OEC reservation is applicable for eligible Candidates. OEC candidates are eligible for the unavailed seats under SC/ST quota in NEET.

Then at the time of category selection in NEET application.... which category should I choose?.....There is no such option as OEC in both cases
