Hello Sowmi, You have to fill CODE - 01 because 01 code is for those candidates who are pursuing 12th or cleared 12th this year... S, your eligibility will be 01... For further query you are free to ask...

You have to fill code 01 in the form....
Code 01 is for student appearing in class 12th in 2018
