Well I totally understand your problem. I am also bad in practical subjects and everyone around us have some weak points. There is no need to afraid from practical subjects. Keep focusing on your weak areas. It's good that you want to step into the management field or you can choose ITI too. It's totally depends upon your interest.

Well in my opinion I will advice you to go for management field as it will give you new dimensions and broaden your mindset a bit. Once you start studying management you get know about time management skills and how to enhance your skills especially decision making and business acumen. Once you get the confidence then you can do whatever you want to.

I hope you get my point.

I wish you all the best.

Cheers !!

Both are the different field you want to pursue. It depends on your interest & capability. If you want to go for the Management programme then you should be graduate in any of the field. And if you are interested for ITI courses then for this you can apply after 10th or class 12th. But Firstly I would suggest you to complete your graduation programme because for management programme you also should have Graduation degree. If you are poor in practical subjects then you need to do work hard & find out the laking what you have, To give up is not the solution & also it will be the waistage of your time. Be confident about what you are doing first after that decide for further study.

Good Luck!

Dear Nisha,

If you're giving up On Bcom which os much easier comparitvly to Management studies, it is very difficult for you to go ahead.

You should rather focus on weak areas  like Finance and go for doubt solving sessions.

All you can do is go for Mba in Marketing where you can explore only creative sides rather than financial numbers from Finance.

Although, atleast have clear fundamentals of Finance which is must for MBA.

Goong into IT sector will not make sense, as it is purely Technical.

You caa also take up some work experience with Education based organization into Teaching or you can join Media and advertising firms and then go for MBA post experience which will give you befter understanding of your aptitude and interest.
