I'm from Andhra Pradesh and I don't have a residential certificate for Ts Icet counseling. Is any other alternative proof to provide for TS ICET counseling 2020?

If you don't have it's totally fine.. They are not asking for it.. You will be considered as non local

Residential certificate is needed during the time of TS ICET counselling, but if you do not have that or they are also not issuing then please contact TS ICET authories to aks if they will be considering electricity bills, ration card or birt certificate etc. get it confirmed and mail them.
