I'm from Andhra Pradesh so here the intermediate state board doesn't give us the migration certificate they only give TC, conduct and marksheet so where can I get migration certificate for neet admission?

See the migration certificate is given by the authorities, you can ask them for it once by telling them that you need it for NEET registration, even then too they deny giving the certificate, then do not worry. As the migration certificate is not necessarily required for the document verification process or counseling.
