Dear Neha, In 2018, Under State Quota, for General Category 562 marks secured a seat in North Delhi Municpal Corporation Medical College. Under All India Quota, 612 marks got a seat in the same college. However cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of candidates appearing for exam, no.of seats available, difficulty of the exam and top NEET score. So a Govt.seat for MBBS in Delhi for 515 is tough. In 2018, ESIC college gave admission to 539 marks under All India Category. But you have very fair chances at a Government Dental seat.
