Yes of course you can do so but you should check the colleges should have seats for 15% AIQ counselling and the colleges in Maharashtra which take part in AIQ counselling are enlisted below :-

See There are mainly two types of counselling for NEET UG, first one is AIQ(15%) and second is state quota(85%). The Counselling under 15% All India Quota seats (except Jammu & Kashmir) and all seats of Deemed Universities/ Central Universities/ Seats of ESIC & AFMC including Delhi University(DU), BHU,AMU, AIIMS & JIPMER will be conducted by the MCC/DGHS on the basis of NEET score. State counseling for state quota seats (85%) & private colleges including Management quota seats will be conducted by the respective state counseling authority.
If you qualify NEET with good marks then you can take admission in MBBS course through 15% AIQ counselling in any of the above mentioned institutions irrespective of any state. Note that for AIQ seats the institutional cut-offs goes quite high so if you belongs to General category then you should try to score at least 650-680 marks in NEET 2021 out of 720 marks so good institutions like AIIMS/JIPMER or any other.
