Hello manish,
Based on previous year cut-off, to attain a BDS seat in a government dental college, a candidate is required to score a minimum of 450 marks in NEET. A minimum of 50th percentile under general category for those who seek admissions in private dental colleges is a requirement. As you belong to reserved category therefore the SC/ST/OBC cut-off score was 146-113 .
Under 15% all india quota, you need to score more than 480 marks in neet to get BDS seat. As you have got 458 marks so you might have a chance for getting the seat in government college.

Hello Aspirant ,
Cutoffs vary every year based on the number of seats available , number of applicants etc.As per the previous year cutoff trend , to get a government seat under All India Quota is difficult especially since this year the cutoff has increased, your predicted overall rank would be 82692 - 99842 based on your score ,which is really low for government colleges . Also the cutoffs will vary with each state .However since you belong to SC category , you can try for government seats through your home state counselling , under home state quota.
