It is difficult to predict the cut off marks or ranks but according to previous year trends your expected rank would lie between.448448 - 518598 but it may vary every year depending on the following factors
1. Level of question paper
2. Total no of candidates
3. Category of candidate
4. Total no of seats
5. Marks obtained by students
Here is the link for the expected marks vs ranks

You have not mentioned the college name in up if you are asking for govt college then here is the cut off marks As you have not mentioned your category so assuming that you are from general category so as a general category candidate according to previous years the cutoff marks for government college in up colleges are as follows :
1. Autonomous State Medical College, Basti - 611 marks
2. Government Medical College, Badaun -614
3. Government Medical College, Jalaun - 618
4. King George's Medical University, Lucknow- 657
And 611 is the last cut off marks for general category And it was state medical College, Basti
So you have less chances to get seat in government mbbs medical colleges. But you can go for bds or Pvt college

but your score must be above 500 to get admission in amala clg
Hi
I am assuming you from general category
It's quite difficult to predict because cut off depends upon various factors like
------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,
------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,
------------) toughness level of the neet examination
------------) number of seats available etc
When we go through previous data then
>>>> With 261 marks,
You hold a low chance in an mbbs seat in a Government Medical College
For example,
in neet 2020, 457 marks for sc category was the cut off marks to get a seat in Govt. Medical College under UP state quota and it was for Autonomous State Medical College and Associated Teaching Hospital, Bahraich
You can check the same at
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-up/amp
You have chances in private medical college under UP state quota which are listed below with their 2020 cut off for mbbs seat :-
----------) Career Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Lucknow:- 163 marks
----------) GS Medical College and Hospital, Hapur:- 251 marks
----------) Integral Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Lucknow:- 214 marks
And a few more
