Hello vinit,
Based on previous year cut-off, to attain a BDS seat in a government dental college, a candidate is required to score a minimum of 450 marks in NEET. A minimum of 50th percentile under general category for those who seek admissions in private dental colleges is a requirement. As you belong to reserved category therefore the SC/ST/OBC cut-off score was 146-113 .
Under 15% all india quota, you need to score more than 480 marks in neet to get BDS seat. As you are getting 492 marks so you have a good chance for getting the seat in government college.

Hi Vinit,
Congratulations on your score in NEET. With 492 marks, you can expect a rank between 20k to 29k by looking at previous year rank vs. marks data.
With this rank, it is not possible to get into top ranked medical colleges of India but you may get admission in one of the following colleges:
1. Patliputra Medical College
2. MGM Medical College, Jamshedpur
3. Madurai Medical College
4. S.N. Medical College
5. Bankura Sammilani Medical College
6. Nalanda Medical College, Patna
and many more colleges for which you can check previous year's cutoffs and get an idea -> https://collegedunia.com/exams/neet/seats-intake
Good luck!
