Tanga, for a Candidate belonging to General Category, he/she should score a minimum of 50 percentile of the top NEET score to be qualified in NEET. That is the cut of formula. In 2019, it was 134-701. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. But with a score of 130 it is difficult for you to qualify in NEET. With a top score of 701, General Category cut off was 134-701. And this year the cut offs are expected to increase and so, 130 might not be enough to qualify you in NEET. You may have to reattempt NEET in 2021.
