Hi aspirant,

Internet of things mainly deals with objects that are embedded with sensors, processing ability, software, and other technologies, and that connect and exchange data with other devices and systems over the Internet or other communications network. Internet of things can be understood as a specialised subject in computer science so you will get to learn all the basics along with IoT but I belonging to same domain would suggest to learn some skills/ things which will boost your placement opportunities:

  1. Master your English communication skills
  2. Try learning new soft skills and reasoning trust me it is a life savior
  3. Learn about all the platforms that was generally used that includes hackerrank, GitHub and geeks for geek.
  4. Learn frontend and backend development well.
  5. Prioritise c language the most as it is the most common language in placement tests and interview rounds.

Hope it helps!!
