Its good to have confidence in yourself but your confidence is not only a thing to get succeed. Now if you are good at signing/ dancing you can participate in the competitions conducted in our India like dance India dance, saregama etc., and its the best and easiest way to get into film industry
.
If not take a newspaper, you will have contacts regarding film industry asking for side actress, dancer things. This is 2nd easiest way to get into film industry but remember this needs a lot of perfection.

You can join nearby classes for dance, signing where you will have chance to show your performance at higher level
.
Now, if you want to do all these thing's, then start a YouTube channel showing your skills, explore yourself, get into greater audience, reachout your skills in higher level. This is the only way to get famous by yourself without anyone's support

Last, if you even don't want to do that, just join into a college where you will he learning film related thing's, practices etc and get into field once you complete your education.
