Yes, IIMs itself is brand name and top B-school in all over India, and also fees are quite high. Now a days it has been increase in the trend of doing MBA after B.Sc. Agriculture, and that too MBA in Agribusiness Management. There is a good demand of Graduates and MBA from Agri. and allied sectors.
If you’ve score above 90% in both 10 th & 12 th , You’ll have a good chance of conversion provided you perform which makes well in CAT Exam. If you looking top 3 IIM colleges than you have to score above 95 percentiles in B-school.
Its depend on you to join or not for coaching class. if you take coaching class it will makes your doubts clear.

Now, coming to your question, since you've 90% in both 10th and 12th, you'll have a good chance of conversion provided you perform decently well in CAT.
Aim for the best, but somewhere around 98 percentile will fetch you the top B. Schools.
Coming to the next question, to join a coaching or not is entirely your wish. I have encountered students who have cleared CAT joining coaching as well as by self-study. So it is entirely your decision. But if you feel you lack concepts and need a clear understanding of the same, consider joining a coaching institute as you'll get a proper guidance to follow.
