I'm studying bds 1st year and I was in some financial problems in this COVID time and i can't pay fees so that's what I get my documents back

As per your query , I would glad to inform you that first try to arrange funds by loan to continue your studies and if you really want your document back ,you need to contact the student affairs section and tell about the issue . You have to complete the no dues form and all withdrawal facilities after which you will get your documents back
