Hi Aspirant, You have to choose the college first in which you want take admission. You should have good CGPA in the collage. You have to apply for GRE exam and TOEFL or IETLS (any one) as per the college requirement.

After choosing collage you have to search for exams accepted by the collage

You have to apply for the the exams like GRE if you are interested in USA. Every collage/country has different set of exams.

After completion of exam you have to place application form to college/university. application is accepted then You have to appear for visa interview process. if interview process is done then directly you can go to that particular country and you can join in   collage.
