Hey Amal. Yes, you can definitely study MBA after your humanities course. In fact, you have an added advantage of having humanities degree. When you apply for MBA from top IIMs, they prefer academic diversity.So, for top IIMs, students from engineering and management background apply the most. So, that leaves their program with lesser  academic diversity. Hence,they prefer applicants from backgrounds like humanities in order to increase diversity. Hence, you can do MBA from top IIMs very easily even if you are from humanities background.
