Hello,

write a mail back stating the problem you are facing while correction. They might have done this for verification or for security. So prior to it take guidance from them and follow what they say you.

Filling it like this might make wrong for you as we don't know what will happen after it. So take guidance from them and just follow it.

They are the only person who can help you get you correct your details.
